Cancellation Policy

Individual Consultations:

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Our team conducts research and prepares for your appointment up to 48hrs before your appointment starts.

Therefore, cancellations made 48hr or more in advance of the consultation date/time will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations under 48hrs will not receive any refund.

We ask that you check you test your computer and software in advance of your appointment and login in 10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin. Should you arrive late to your appointment no extra time will be given. For example, if you schedule your 1hr appointment for 9am (therefore finishing at 10am) and you arrive at 9.15am, we will still conclude the appointment at 10am and no refund will be given for the 15mins you missed.
